The "Image Fine-Tuning" tool is powerful for adjusting your images, but like all other AI models, it also has limitations. In this article, we aim to guide you through the possibilities and limitations to make the best use of the model.

How to Adjust an Image

Adjusting an image works as follows. You upload your image, and it then appears on a canvas. If you've worked with Photoshop, you'll notice it works almost the same.

Step 1: Use the 'Brush' or 'Polygonal Lasso' tool to select the area of the photo you want to adjust. The selected area will light up with a green mask.

Polygonal Lasso:

Step 2: Then enter your command as a prompt. This can be done in English, or whatever language you prefer. The AI model can produce different results depending on the command, so it's important to find the right way of prompting for the best results. This is often a matter of trial and error. Make sure your description is clear and provides enough context about what you want to achieve.

Here's an example: Prefer using "Give him a blonde hairstyle" instead of just "Blonde hairstyle." Both can work, but by providing more context, you're likely to get more consistent results.

What Else Can You Use This For?

You can add objects to a photo or remove objects. Additionally, you can adjust certain properties at a detailed level or even change the entire composition of the image.

Adjusting the Background

To adjust the background composition of an image, you can, for example, use the 'invert' function.

Select your object with the brush or lasso tool as you would normally do to adjust an object.

Invert your mask with the button and neatly refine it with the eraser tool and brush tool to get the best possible cutout.

Describe in the prompt what you want to change. In this example: "The person is standing on a Spanish beach."

Enlarging Images

Our fine-tune tool also allows you to enlarge images. You can do this by selecting "Enlarge Image" on the left side. Then you enter the number of pixels you want to enlarge on each side, and you'll see an indication on the right side.

Afterwards, you receive the enlarged result, which you can directly save or further edit.
