The Workflow Builder is an advanced tool that allows users to create and manage complex AI workflows. It enables you to connect multiple AI agents, automate tasks, and set up intelligent processing chains. Each agent has access to the output of the previous one, enabling you to build an extensive chain for generating the best content.
Key Features
1. Agents
Flexible Agent Configuration
Choose from various AI models (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet).
Customizable labels and color coding for better organization.
Individually configurable prompts for each agent.
2. File Processing
Comprehensive File Support
Like with our Wolleys, you can add files to your Workflow agents to enrich the context. You can also include images, which can be analyzed.
Documents: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, MD, JSON, CSV, HTML, EPUB

Preview uploaded images.
3. AI Features
Each agent has access to various specialized functions:
Image Generation: Create images with Flux Schnell AI.
Image Analysis: Analyze and extract information from images.
Web Scraping: Retrieve content from websites.
Google Search: Perform internet searches.
Chain-of-Thought: Handle complex reasoning for challenging problems.

5. Connectors
We have various connectors that allow you to connect the Workflow Builder with external sources. You press connectors in the top right, connect with a connector, and then you can specify per agent whether you want to activate the connector. Once you have activated a connector, you can instruct the agent to use it. For each connector, there is a dropdown menu where you can see exactly what you can use it for and how to apply it.
Scheduling Social Media posts
For example, when you choose the LinkedIn connector, you can ask to schedule posts. Don't worry: the posts are not immediately published on your LinkedIn. They first appear in the scheduled overview where you can approve the post or make adjustments before approving it.
6. Execution and Monitoring
Workflow Control
Start/stop functionality for the entire workflow.
Option to rerun individual agents.
Real-time status updates of processing agents.
Output Management
Formatted display of agent outputs.
